Aside from the "Whoa, REALLY" horsepower numbers, what else does it have to offer? It handily loses to less-powerful cars all the time.

I was playing the "Classic Muscle" series in National A class last night on GT6 and the NPC Buick Special had pole every race (based on PP) and came in third or fourth every race, because it couldn't handle well. Yes, a slick looking car, but I think they look better in stock trim without the stance:
